Tekvox was born inside a clinic.
We spent 2 years building the receptionist while it served a real clinic, with real patients, before offering it to other clinics.
Who builds it
Tekvox is built by Luiz Gabriel, software engineer. He develops and maintains the receptionist, the dashboard and the websites, with real clinics' front desks as the daily test.
Why it exists
Small clinics lose patients on WhatsApp: the front desk replies between appointments, nobody answers after 6 pm, and whoever asks about prices disappears. Tekvox exists so the clinic answers everyone, right away, without hiring more people.
How we work
Every improvement starts from a real conversation that didn't go well. When the receptionist gets something wrong, the mistake becomes a rule, the rule becomes product, and every clinic benefits.
