Encrypted connection
The dashboard, the website and the receptionist talk to the server over an encrypted connection, end to end.
Credentials stored encrypted
Passwords and access keys, such as the calendar's, are stored encrypted, never in plain text.
Individual logins with permissions
Each person on the team has their own login, with the access level you choose.
Masked CPF
The CPF (Brazilian taxpayer ID) is shown masked on the dashboard, and there is a record of who opened sensitive data.
Logged support access
When Tekvox enters your account to provide support, the access is logged.
How the data is used
Conversations, the calendar and patient records serve one purpose: serving your clinic's patients. To write its replies, the receptionist uses an artificial intelligence provider, which receives the part of the conversation needed to reply.
Tekvox does not sell, rent or share clinic or patient data with advertisers or other companies.
Who owns the data
The clinic. If you cancel, the website domain and the data stay yours.

LGPD
Data processing follows the LGPD (Brazil's data protection law). The clinic decides what patient data is used for, and Tekvox processes that data only to provide the contracted service.
